PARKING

Parking is FREE. Each unit has one reserved parking space in the Monument parking lot, a short walk up Winslow St. behind the condominium property. Please display the parking permit provided with your unit rental and park in the designated area. If you do not follow these instructions, the Monument staff will have your car towed.

There is always metered parking on nearby streets and other general pay parking lots. Should you choose to park in another lot or in metered spaces those fees are your responsibility. Metered parking is in effect April through November. There is no fee for metered parking from December through March.

There is a “loading and unloading” space directly in front of the stairs at the entrance of the condominium grounds. You can park for there 15 minutes only upon your arrival and departure to load or unload your belongings. Please be respectful of this time limit as you risk being towed should you leave your car there longer.
