GENERAL POLICIES

All units are SMOKE-FREE. It is against condominium rules and regulations to smoke inside any of the units. There are several outdoor seating areas on the several common decks where smoking is permitted.

Check-in time is typically 3 p.m. Check-out is no later than 11 a.m. Other arrangements can be made in advance by contacting the specific unit owner.

Generally there is not a minimum stay requirement with these units. However, minimum stays may be apply depending upon holiday or special event weeks.  Check with the individual unit owner for more information

PET POLICIES

Companion animals are welcomed in all our units. There is an additional charge per pet, per night. Fees can vary and are set at the discretion of the individual unit owner. Please contact the unit owner for more information.

Under all circumstances the owner(s) accept full responsibility for their pet(s). Any damage to the unit or the common areas (indoor or outdoor) will be charged to the pet owner(s).

Companion animals must be carried or leashed at all times while outside in the common areas, gardens, decks and walkways.  There are no exceptions.

Companion animals are not to use any of the common areas, gardens, decks and walkways for defecation. Please take your companion animal off property for this purpose. Keep in mind; Provincetown strongly enforces its leash and pooper scooper laws. Please pick up after your pet.

Should your companion animal have an accident in the unit, please let the unit owner know so additional cleaning arrangements can be made.  Also, please protect the beds and furniture in the unit should you allow your pet to lie on them.
